MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota Climatologist Mark Seeley about Minnesota's weather during October. The month started and concludes with chilly temperatures, but was mild and sunny in the middle.
Seeley said October was dry which could be concerning because this is when rain recharges soil before the ground freezes.
Lastly, Seeley said it'll be cold for trick-or-treaters tonight.
