Trouble in the water: Can Minnesota stop polluting its lakes, rivers?

Bushes begin to bloom as water flows down the south branch of the Whitewater River near Crystal Springs. The area was the site of a large fish kill that affected a six-mile stretch of the river's south branch in July of last year.
