Warm front: Highs near 50 Wednesday, showers return Thursday

Milder air pushes back into Minnesota Wednesday

Temperatures in Minnesota can be like the stock market.

Down. Up. Crash.

Temperatures fell off a cliff Monday after Sunday’s high of 51 degrees in Duluth and 61 degrees in the Twin Cities. The cool air lingered Tuesday, but a warm front blows through at least southern Minnesota Wednesday.

Highs in the 50s push back into southern Minnesota Wednesday afternoon. Highs in the 40s reach well into northern Minnesota.
