Workers at Surly Brewing Co.’s Minneapolis beer hall and restaurant announced Monday they’re moving to form a union, citing concerns about pay and benefits as well as pandemic safety precautions.
This follows recent unionization moves by employees at five Spyhouse Coffee shops and at Tattersall Distilling in Minneapolis.
