The peak wind gust reported Sunday at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was 46 mph. Winds will be much lighter than that on Monday.
Monday snow chance highest north
A low pressure system will be tracking across Minnesota on Monday. It’ll probably bring a stripe of snow with it, with the best chance of accumulating snow in portions of northern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin. The Twin Cities metro area could see a few flurries.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern on Monday:

Maximum accumulations would tend to be in the one to two-inch range. The NAM model track could also bring some minor accumulations to parts of central Minnesota.

Temperature trends
Our average Twin Cities high temperature is 41 degrees on Nov. 16. Metro area highs are expected to be right around 41 on Monday. Monday highs are expected to range from the upper 20s in far northern Minnesota to upper 40s in far southern Minnesota:
Monday wind gusts will be in the 16-22 mph range for many areas, with gusts over 30 mph possible in southwestern and south-central Minnesota:
Back to temperatures, Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to reach the lower 30s on Tuesday, followed by upper 40s Wednesday and Thursday then lower 40s on Friday.
Looking ahead to Thanksgiving week, the NWS Climate Prediction Center shows a tendency for above normal temperatures in Minnesota and Wisconsin from Nov. 23 through Nov. 29:
