The Sunday high temperature at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was 49 degrees. That’s just one degree shy of our average Halloween high in the Twin Cities, but gusty winds made it feel chilly.
Trick-or-treaters in Minnesota and western Wisconsin will have temps in the 30s to lower 40s as they head out Sunday evening. Winds will be gusty. Parts of far northern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin could see a few scattered rain showers and/or light snow showers Sunday evening. A stray sprinkle or snowflake cannot be ruled out in central Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin.
