Storm reports Tuesday evening; Iowa tornadoes, Minnesota hail

A busy severe weather night across the Upper Midwest.

It was a busy severe weather evening Tuesday across the Upper Midwest.

Multiple tornadoes skipped across northern Iowa. This classic tornado just missed this farmstead near Gilmore City, Iowa.

As of this post, NOAA’s Storm Prediction Center has four preliminary tornado reports from Iowa.

So far we’ve seen no tornado reports from southern Minnesota. But there are plenty of severe hail reports.
