The weather pattern looks placid as we begin another week. Here’s a quick look at the next several days for the Twin Cities region:
Lovely Monday
Monday will start out with patchy fog that will give way to mostly sunny skies. High temperatures around Minnesota should range from the low and mid 50s in the east to the low 60s west. The Twin Cities should reach about 57 with a light north breeze.
Pleasant again Tuesday
Tuesday will likely be a few degrees warmer as the flow becomes southerly.
A weather system from western Canada will spread showers into northwestern Minnesota late on Tuesday. That system will spread scatterings of showers around the state Tuesday night, Wednesday and Wednesday night. Isolated showers could linger into Thursday.
Temperatures should cool just a little as that low pressure system moves off to the east.
Mostly dry later in the week
Friday and through the weekend should be dry for most of Minnesota. The exception might be northeastern Minnesota where a couple rounds of light showers could slide through at times,
