This is a cold start to our Saturday.
Much of Minnesota had temps in the teens below zero at sunrise today, with 20s below zero in parts of western and far northern Minnesota. Most of the Twin Cities metro area had single digits below zero.
Wind chills are in the teens below zero and 20s below zero in much of Minnesota this morning. A wind chill advisory continues until noon Saturday in southwestern Minnesota and until 9 a.m. Saturday in south-central and southeastern Minnesota:

Another cold one
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 23 degrees on Jan. 20. Metro area highs will be around 10 or 11 degrees today. Much of Minnesota will see single-digit high temps Saturday afternoon:
Double-digit highs are expected in much of western Wisconsin and up along the North Shore of Lake Superior.
Afternoon wind chill temps will be in the teens below zero in much of western Minnesota:
A dry Saturday
A nearby high-pressure system will give Minnesota and western Wisconsin a mostly sunny and dry Saturday.
