We’ll see peeks of sun Friday with lighter winds. Temperatures will run slightly above normal through Sunday, but a clipper system will bring light snow, sprinkles and colder air through next week.

We should finally see some peeks of sunshine — at least occasionally — breaking through the clouds Friday, especially in western Minnesota. Mostly cloudy skies will build back in for Saturday and Sunday.
Highs Friday will be in the upper 30s to near 40 in eastern Minnesota with subfreezing highs northwest.
Temperatures will likely peak in the low to mid-40s Sunday ahead of much colder air arriving for next week.
A clipper system will bring light snow and rain showers primarily to the northern half of Minnesota Sunday into Monday.
Northern portions of the state could see up to 1 or 2 inches or of snowfall accumulation through early Monday.
Temperatures will be colder next week and below normal. We’ll see mainly subfreezing highs statewide Monday through Friday. We won’t have any big storm systems, but there will be some occasional light snow chances possibly creating some slick conditions at times. Thanksgiving will likely be subfreezing for highs statewide.
