Divided Moorhead City Council passes Gaza cease-fire resolution
A divided Moorhead City Council approved a resolution on Monday calling for a cease-fire in Gaza. Some members said the city council is not the proper venue for international issues; the mayor broke a tie to pass the resolution.

Fargo-Moorhead officials hope to curb violence with threat assessment team
Law enforcement agencies in Fargo-Moorhead are collaborating with each other, the courts and community agencies to form a threat assessment team. They hope to reduce violence by identifying people who might be a threat to public safety.
