Federal authorities say a massive investigation into the disappearances of about 20 young Somali men from Minnesota has taken a significant step forward with a seventh arrest in the case.
Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy, a charter school which caters to Muslim students, was found to have eight teachers on staff who didn't hold valid teaching licenses. State money will be withheld from the school starting Dec. 15.
