Meet Nicole Johnson

Hola! I’m Nicole and I’m a journalist born and raised in Peru. Still pretty new to Minnesota.

I have a bachelor’s in communication and a master’s in digital journalism and was lucky enough to be part of the MPR News family.

In my team, I try to find cool ways to share our news and generate engagement with our digital audience.

When not producing, I like to edit videos and write about lifestyle, food and tourism. I also love giving a voice to members of the Latino community.
