Target Center target: $121M update for Timberwolves home
The city of Minneapolis updated its Target Center renovation project site today, and it included this tidbit: contractor Mortenson now projects $97 million in construction alone, and a total cost of $121 million with all the "soft costs" thrown in.
You might have thought the discussion of a new Vikings stadium at the Capitol was over last May. But the financing plan for the new stadium is off to a slow start. The House Commerce Committee is will assess its progress this week at the Capitol.
