Leading terrorism expert Brian Jenkins spoke recently at the Commonwealth Club of California about his new book, "Will Terrorism Go Nuclear?"

Jenkins wrote one of the first reports on the long-term future of terrorism 30 years ago, and is currently a senior advisor to the president of the RAND Corp.
