Minn. House, Senate committees pass same-sex marriage bills

Democrats passed legislation to legalize same-sex marriage through two committees Tuesday on party-line vote. The bills will now move to the full House and Senate.

Sen. Warren Limmer, ranking minority member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, joins The Daily Circuit to discuss the bills' prospects as they move to the full House and Senate.
