The past few weeks have felt like March. With a mix of rain and snow, some parts of Minnesota have broken their precipitation records.

According to retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley, snow isn’t gone yet. In fact a lot of places are reporting record snowfalls, including Duluth which has a new record of 138.3 inches of snowfall this season.

With recent floods across the state and record amounts of rain to cap off of an already stormy week, Mark Seeley joins MPR News host Cathy Wurzer to discuss the wet weather.
