2024 Voter Guides

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5. MPR News has compiled voter guides for races happening across Minnesota. Our newsroom reached out to all of the candidates, providing a three-question survey for them to fill out to inform voters about who they are and their priorities if elected.

U.S. House: District 5
Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District candidates running in the general election include incumbent U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, Democrat, and Dalia Al-Aqidi, Republican.
U.S. House: District 4
Minnesota’s 4th Congressional District candidates running in the general election include incumbent U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum, Democrat, and May Lor Xiong, Republican.
U.S. House: District 3
Minnesota’s 3rd Congressional District candidates running in the general election include former Sen. Kelly Morrison, Democrat, and Tad Jude, Republican.
U.S. House: District 2
Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District candidates running in the general election include: incumbent U.S. Rep. Angie Craig, Democrat; Joe Teirab, Republican; and Thomas Bowman, Conservative Party.
U.S. House: District 1
Minnesota’s 1st Congressional District candidates running in the general election include incumbent U.S. Rep. Brad Finstad, Republican, and Rachel Bohman, Democrat.
U.S. Senate Minnesota
Senate candidates running in the general election include: incumbent U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Democrat; Royce White, Republican; Joyce Lynne Lacey, Independence-Alliance; and Rebecca Whiting, Libertarian Party.
Aitkin County has two commissioner races, three soil and water supervisor races and three school board races on the ballot in 2024. Cities and townships in Aitkin County also have a number of municipal races.
