Chef Yia Vang announces new restaurant Vinai will open next spring in Minneapolis
Acclaimed chef Yia Vang of Union Hmong Kitchen has announced plans to open a new restaurant in northeast Minneapolis, in the space soon to be vacated by the Dangerous Man Brewing taproom.
